I’m a senior production and operations professional with 14+ years’ experience across high-end television and film, currently working as a Key 2nd Assistant Director on productions for Apple TV+, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, BBC and ITV.

My background is in managing complex productions, leading teams, coordinating talent, schedules, resources, suppliers and logistics, and keeping projects moving when plans change. I’m at my best when there are lots of moving parts, competing priorities and a clear need for calm, practical leadership.

Alongside my production career, I co-founded and run Bell & Claw, a mobile hospitality business serving TV and film productions, which has given me additional experience across clients, suppliers, staffing, pricing, costs and day-to-day commercial operations.I’m now looking to bring that experience into a permanent role within production, studio operations or wider creative operations, where I can help build strong teams, improve how things work and contribute to a business over the long term.
