I created and present Niki Maya Meets (@nikimayameets), an independent interview series featuring small businesses in London. I find and approach contributors, organise shoots, prepare questions, and film and edit the interviews myself. I've really enjoyed being involved at every stage, from the initial idea to the finished video.

Alongside this, I bring several years of experience in operations and coordination across London and Melbourne, including organising large-scale onboarding programmes and coordinating international relocations. I'm used to managing competing priorities and finding solutions when plans change.

I'm now looking to build a career in unscripted television, particularly reality and entertainment programmes, live shows and contributor-led formats. I'm drawn to the mix of real people, unexpected moments and the hands-on work involved in bringing a programme to screen. I'm interested in entry-level opportunities across production and editorial, particularly Runner, Production Assistant and Junior Researcher roles.
