I then made artist films for museums and galleries for four years in Yorkshire. For the past five plus years I've been working as a Studio Manager for a creative studios in ManchesterI am a content producer and studio manager. I manage resources (skills and budgets), I problem solve, I love to get my hands dirty and get involved in projects.I know film, animation, photography, design and digital and have worked with many awesome people in those fields.I love people, I like the challenge of bringing different needs and personalities of a team together and facilitating collaborative working to bring the best of everyone to the final output. Happy people leads to great work.I love finding creative solutions to problems, the best way to reach the audience, efficient project management and good interpretation and storytelling.I am a creative who believes in organisation as a necessity for creativity, but I do not love spreadsheets or any kind of paperwork just for the sake of it. I don't love admin, it's not my starting point, I have have learned over many years the absolute positive benefits of it - for me it has to work for the person/project/company, even if its not textbook.I like it when you never quite know what to expect when you walk in of a morning and I enjoy a fast pace and variety in a job, helping to create high quality work and keeping the creatives and clients happy,
