Throughout my career, I have been responsible for the successful operational, financial and editorial management of complex productions, often balancing multiple projects, teams, budgets and competing priorities simultaneously.

I have strong project, financial and operational management skills, with extensive experience managing complex production budgets and resources. This includes budget setting and re-budgeting, cost control, forecasting, cost reporting and providing clear, accurate and timely financial information to senior stakeholders as well as production partners.
