I’m a Wales-based producer, production manager and film educator, working across independent film and talent development. Through my company, Bulldozer Films, I bring together practical production experience and a commitment to making filmmaking more accessible.My credits include Production Co-ordinator on the feature film La Cha Cha, Line Producer on the BFI-supported short Treacle Town, Associate Producer on the BBC Cymru pilot Porth, and Co-Producer on the Iris Prize short Cardiff, which later screened on Channel 4. I have also production managed 14 short films for It’s My Shout, bringing experience in organising crews, managing budgets and supporting filmmakers from preparation through to delivery.Alongside production, I have delivered BFI Film Academy programmes in Wales since 2020, supporting emerging filmmakers to develop their skills and make short films. I founded Cardiff Mini Film Festival in 2012 and continue to run it, creating opportunities for independent filmmakers to share their work and connect with audiences and industry.I hold a master’s degree in film, am a BAFTA Connect member, and have served on the BAFTA Cymru Short Fiction Film jury.
