I work in partnership with a co-creative and we are looking for a collaborative scriptwriter to partner with us on a multi-episode TV series project.

We have already developed a comprehensive series treatment, character bios, and the overarching plot outline. The structure and shape of the show are firmly in place and we have taken feedback from a number of Production Companies and Consultants which validates the product.

We are now looking for a talented writer to collaborate on creating the script for Episode 1 (the pilot) so we can package it and pitch it to production companies.

Genre: Near Future after death drama
Summary:
When a ruthless British MP is killed in a terrorist attack, he wakes up in Limbo—a chaotic shadow world where the dead must battle gangs and barter remnants of their souls to survive. Upon discovering that his estranged family died with him, he must navigate this perilous afterlife alongside a cynical protector to rescue them, finally forcing him to choose between his political ambition and a chance at true redemption.

The Deal: This would be an unpaid collaboration with a 50/50 creative partnership and IP split on the pilot script and series bible.

Deferred payment upon project sale/option.

Co-Creatives Role: In addition to controlling the shape and direction of the Episode One/Pilot script we will handle the production side, pitch materials, and industry outreach. Any access to the industry, agents etc all beneficial as we seek the same ending.

If you love character-driven stories and want to co-create a pilot with a solid foundation already built, please DM me with a short sample of your script work!
