I am a Hong Kong Chinese student currently pursuing a BA in English with Film Studies at King’s College London. I have a strong foundation in filmmaking, multimedia editing, and social media management. I have demonstrated cinematography and editing skills as the Publication Director of the KCL Chinese Society Variety Show, where I I filmed two cinematic trailers for their two dramas. I also directed a short thriller feature for my coursework in A-Level film studies, which was an experience that equipped me with leadership and organisational skills as a director. With experience as a Young Assistant at Oxfam and a Consultant Assistant at Britannia StudyLink, I have also honed critical analysis, communication, and networking abilities. Recognized for achievements such as the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award and multiple speech festival championships, I have combined optimism, strong work ethics, and a passion for creative storytelling to excel in both academic and professional settings. My most recent job is being a videographer for a red carpet interview of the movie Clarissa for the KCL film society at the London Film Festival. Having the experience of shooting footages and socialising with various production members and media personnels there, I have become more confident in my craft and my ability to teamwork with any potential partners to ensure the smooth execution and creative construction of any productions in the future.
