“John is a boy with his head in the clouds…”Or so his dad used to say. That, and "he's walking around with a head full of bloody magic!"

Nowadays he puts that head full of magic to good use, creating animations, motion graphics, VFX and video content for BAFTA, Emmy and RTS award winning TV, film, live events, social media, cinema advertising and more.

A passionate creative with over 20 years' experience, primarily working in After Effects and Cinema 4D, he's built a reputation as a reliable, fast working creative, and has been described as "a safe pair of hands with a pretty eye."

A love of animation from an early age has led to a wonderfully diverse career involving zombies (Shed of the Dead), ice cream (Ben & Jerry’s) and the perennially side-tracked Postman Pat (Postman Pat SDS).

He can work from concept to delivery and has a network of illustrators, producers, camera ops, composers and digital artists that can be assembled no matter the size of project.
