Portfolio of work and contact info at www.labhistorical.co.ukHaving worked as an archaeologist, I find factual documentaries and historical dramas a fascinating way of making interesting topics available to a wide audience. As an enthusiastic and upbeat team member or an efficient and proactive independent freelancer, my passion lies in bringing interesting stories to the wider public sphere through writing, speaking and media. I am a fast learner and keen researcher with much experience in data gathering and fact hunting and transforming this into engaging content. Most recently this work has been as a presenter on Secrets of Ancient Builders. I also worked with October Films on the eight part series 'Eight Days That Made Rome' which I was involved in from the development stage. Working as a researcher for production companies merges my avid interest in research with the skills I have gained in presenting, production and owning my own company whilst at university.
