Valeria was Production Manager during the pre-production and production on an incredibly challenging production in remote West Africa. The crew were faced with multiple unforeseen setbacks day and night and Valeria was on call twenty-four hours a day managing extremely difficult and often culturally sensitive negotiations. She never failed to deliver and was personable, communicative, resourceful, always upbeat and sensitive to the needs of the crew throughout.

Valeria is a hard working Production Manager, she has the abilities to manage a team whilst forward planning. Never shying away from any challenges. She joined our team very late in the day and flew straight out to location. Being multilingual she was a tremendous asset to the team and liaised with our fixers and crews daily. Her manner and the way in which she dealt with people was always very calm and reassuring.

Valeria was an absolute lifesaver to us on our shoot. We ended up hiring her quite last minute and she jumped straight in calmly and efficiently. Although there were a million tiny obstacles Valeria was always calm and smiling and brought a very positive energy to set. She was always conscious of the budget and struck a perfect line between managing things herself and checking in with us to make sure we were happy with how things were running.
