I've employed Sam as a Producer/Director on several occasions and I can't rate him enough. Not only is he a fantastic shooter, he's a superb producer too and always delivers editorially. He always puts in 100% and is consistently unflappable, even on the most demanding of shoots.

What's more, he is a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to have on any team.

He's a talented shooter with a great eye (and ear) for story. He's fantastic with contributors, meticulous with format and has a phenomenal work ethic. He's also a very funny guy!

He shot six eps of Dinner Date for me back-to-back and his enthusiasm and form didn't dip once.

Sam came onto our project when it needed a fresh injection of creativity and consistency within the team. From the start Sam was engaged in the subject matter and keen to find out as much information as possible to do the best job possible, bringing ideas and solutions to all the shoots he was involved in. Along with this, his script writing was diligent and super quick. Above all Sam was extremely professional and a joy to work with, understanding some of the restrictions we had to work with but still trying to find creative ways to tell a story. Definitely a PD I will be seeking out when I start my next project.
