I was series director on both the Celebrity and Civilian SAS Who Dares Wins for Channel Four shot in Jordan in 2021.
I am now also moving into drama directing having worked on Love, Honor, Betray and See No Evil both for Arrow Media.
Over the last 4 years, I have directed and edit produced on several series of Discovery ID's major 10-part US police series 'Body Cam' for Arrow Media. I have been responsible for scripting stories, directing the crew including a DoP and drone operators on 5 week-long shoots across the USA and then taking these stories into the edit to complete 60 mins films including part breaks, teasers, and narration. During lock down I worked remotely from home including prep and scripting, directing the interviews and sequences over the internet with a crew in the US and editing to picture lock.
Previously to being a director and edit producer I was a DoP with fifteen years of experience. I shot many high-profile adventure/ travel, observational, food, drama, presenter led, and format films such as Faking It, Wife Swap, and Shipwrecked plus two Bafta winning hospital obs doc series, The Trust (2003) and Bedlam (2014) both for Channel Four.
I have travelled extensively e.g. India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China, Russia, Cameroon, Rwanda, Uganda, Irian Jaya, Mexico, Argentina, The Cook Islands - South Pacific, South Africa, Kyrgyzstan (several of the Stans).
