Having worked in Factual programming for almost 20 years I have developed my skills as an accomplished Shooting PD, Director and Gallery Director, now specialising as an experienced, Senior Edit Producer.As an Edit Producer I have worked across various genres, helping to shape new documentary series’ and producing established factual entertainment formats. I understand my responsibilities in the edit, to create and produce powerful, entertaining and engaging narratives, with clarity, innovation and conviction.I am confident using different forms and styles of interviews and actuality, for various genres, and experienced working with a range of footage, from single or multi camera rushes, to rig or interview-led material. I understand how to successfully use music and commentary, to tell moving, meaningful and entertaining stories.I am adept at resolving challenges in the edit, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. I understand how to manage edit work flows efficiently, whilst working alongside an editor and to tight deadlines.
