I'm a multiple award-winning, widely-experienced television programme maker confident at shooting, creating and over-seeing new and established formats, managing large teams and meeting tight deadlines with a strong editorial instinct and bags of enthusiasm.My credits range from internationally-funded historical drama documentaries such as Russian Revolution in Colour and politically challenging series like the Day Britain Died, to popular factual projects like Get a New Life and the highly mischievous Bank of Dave series.I trained at the BBC as a cameraman, editor, director and then producer in news, current affairs and features, before leaving the BBC to become a freelance producer and director. I've now made programmes for every major UK Broadcaster, shooting all over the world including extensive shoots in the USA and Europe, the Caribbean, the Atlantic, New Zealand, Canada, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Russia and Morocco.As well as producing and directing series and singles, I self-shoot, executive produce and very occasionally narrate.
