Development: landed multiple factual commissions on Channel 4 and BBC One in the past two years, as well as a major premium sports feature documentary currently out for sale. Helped land development funding from Netflix, ITV, Channel 4 and Discovery+. Generate premium documentary, factual and fact-ent ideas on a weekly basis. Pitch to commissioners and lead brainstorm sessions. Constantly negotiating access to sensitive contributors and building talent relationships. Strong knowledge of the UK and international market, the latest broadcaster and SVOD briefs and commissioner steers.
Treatments & pitch decks: I write, design and produce compelling treatments (Keynote; Adobe Photoshop; InDesign; Canva). Published writer of 14 years for both broadsheets and tabloids (Sunday Times Magazine, The Guardian, The Sun etc).
Sizzles & tasters: produce and edit sizzle reels, tasters and casting tapes for development projects (Adobe Premiere Pro).
Production: seven years’ experience as a producer working across development, live TV, documentaries, digital formats, awards ceremonies, comedy sketches and branded content.
