ORGANISED: Very organised in the admin aspect of the role i.e. contracts, budgets and schedules. COMMUNICATION: Confident and approachable manner, accustomed to being the key contact between production and talent i.e. liaising with agents, HODs, stage management etc. EDITORIAL: Several years of previous editorial experience including developing ideas, writing scripts and edit producing. A strong understanding of the editorial process and the importance of working with the editorial team to secure the appropriate talent and produce them accordingly.
