I’m passionate about TV and love bringing stories to life. Over the last few years I’ve often worked on ambitious formats. I’ve been a Series Producer or Senior Producer on shows like Release the Hounds (ITV2), Carnage (SKY ONE), Evil Monkeys (ITV2) and Big Heads (ITV). I relish this scale of project. Working with all departments to make story driven TV that looks and sounds fantastic. I started out writing and directing comedy shorts and commercials. This background has given me excellent technical knowledge as well as a passion for injecting humour (where appropriate!) into my work. I am equally happy in development, working up a format into a teaser or pilot. Or fleshing out the legend of a show and finding a way for it to work practically. Skills and Experience - Managing and working closely with talent, both as hosts and contestants. - Handling multiple edits, be it setting a format or keeping established content fresh. - Writing shooting scripts and keeping them them pithy and memorable. - Managing casting teams, booking both the public and celebrities. - Working with commissioners - from pitching aspects of a show to dealing with post-production feedback. - Managing a games team - On Release the Hounds and Killer Camp I worked with Game Producers to create many original games from quizzes to ambitious action based challenges.
