When I left a staff job at the BBC after almost a decade, looking for something more challenging, I never would have guessed where it would lead: running production on a sports channel despite knowing nothing about sport, production management for a global drinks brand, time at Disney, and eventually packing up my family, three kids in tow, to live and work in a country where I didn't speak the language. Along the way, I've built up over 20 years of production management experience, in the UK and internationally, and I'm equally comfortable running a production from the top or being hands-on in the detail: budgets, logistics, crews, the lot. I build strong teams, I know a production inside out, and I have a track record of keeping things running smoothly, on schedule and on budget, whatever gets thrown at it.
