Over 10 years working in pre-production and production on active shoots. Specialised in maximising production value while keeping strictly within budget. Highly resourceful, enthusiastic, motivated, task driven individual with excellent organisational and strong inter-personal skills who is comfortable working off own initiative, as well as in a team.My background is in film production and so I am particularly interested in production work on film or TV Drama projects, I'm also open to Factual.Working to pay my way through short courses, I started producing short films for film school students. After a couple of years working in production I was offered a scholarship and attended the Met Film School, graduating in November 2014 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) Practical Filmmaking.With a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of pre-production and on-set production, (in particular independent projects with extremely tight budgets), I have proven myself as a resourceful manager. Adapting the work I create and the teams I manage, to deliver effective solutions for clients in a timely manner while still achieving a high standard. Among these are short films, music videos and a variety of challenging projects including a feature film now available on Amazon Prime.With such a strong background in pre-production and on-set film production, when my projects went on hold indefinitely during Covid, I decided it was worth taking a couple of steps back to a coordinator role, to try utilising my production skills in VFX production. I took a job at MPC as a VFX Production Coordinator, where I’ve spent the last year working on "Prehistoric Planet", learning everything I could from MPC about the VFX side of the industry.
