In a career spanning more than twenty years, I have worked across a range of genres. I have led large, diverse teams producing everything from high profile constructed factual series to observational and access documentaries; from agenda setting current affairs investigations, to warm-hearted popular documentary series; from Arts films to daily news and magazine programmes; from live Children’s and political programmes to large scale events, debates and Awards Ceremonies. I am a decisive team leader – experienced at dealing with sensitive, complex and sometimes controversial subject matter, negotiating access, managing budgets, building brilliant teams and nurturing talent – both on and off screen.
