I am confident running large teams and I work hard to ensure they feel supported, motivated and excited about the series we are making together. I am organized, thorough, good at predicting problems and quick to react when they arise and work well under pressure. I have extensive experience dealing with complex compliance issues and working through them whilst maintaining a strong story in the edit.
