I have worked with Michelle on a variety of productions and pilots over the past five years in the role of Casting Producer, with Michelle as my exec. Michelle is incredibly supportive and casting sessions with Michelle are always great fun. She is brilliant at encouraging team members of all levels and always looks out for the welfare of the team and areas of potential progression. My confidence in my role has grown, thanks to encouragement from Michelle. She is a brilliant boss and I’d love to work with her again very soon!
Michelle and I have worked together for many years on a wealth of different studio shows. She is not only hugely talented in her role as Exec Producer, but she is extremely welfare driven and gets the best out of any team she works with. I love working with her, as I know the production will be a successful and happy place to be.
Michelle is a brilliant exec, great at putting together the best teams to deliver difficult shows, calm under pressure and always keeping things on track and creatively delivering, mindful of time and budget and aware of the wellbeing of the teams she manages. She's particularly good at launching new series and working through the challenges they throw up. She would be a great asset to any team.
