Kathy directed and produced our expose on child labour in Nespresso and Starbucks coffee fields flawlessly. Her journalistic creativity and tenacity uncovered the illusive information we needed to pinpoint our targets and win the commission. She then led a team to Guatemala to unearth and film labour violations that shocked the world. She gathered evidence meticulously and the resulting footage she shot and directed was powerful and devastating. She can win the confidence of even the most reluctant contributor, remains calm under intense pressure, has clear judgement in the edit and is a relentlessly hard worker. Her Spanish language skills were a real asset to the investigation too. She is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Katherine is an extremely talented producer. We worked on a current affairs documentary for Channel 4 and without a shadow of a doubt, the reason we actually had a film was down to Katherine's work. She was of course thorough and rigorous, as I'd expect, but above and beyond that, she'd often find connections and links which no one else could see. She doggedly followed the the smallest of leads and was able to bring people on board that were reluctant or outright hostile to the project at first. There were moments when I wasn't sure if we had a film, and she would magically find the source that brought it back to life.
