    1. Jane's award winning films on Bosnia and South Africa won Director’s Awards at Monte Carlo’s Golden Nymph News and Current Affairs Awards and the Columbus Ohio Video and TV Awards.
    2. In 2002, Mother to Child won an international documentary award at the Banff International TV Festival in Canada. It has been translated into 18 languages and shown to hundreds of thousands of mothers across Southern Africa as part of an educational campaign to combat HIV/AIDS, Jane produced and directed this very successful film.
    3. The "Courting Justice" won the audience award at the Women's Film Festival in Zimbabwe in March 2009 during the meetings on the Status of Women, It was in competition at the Pan African Film Festival FESPACO in Burkina Faso where it was very well received. It has been shown at prestigious Law Schools all over the US during 2009, a leading Chinese film festival in Sichuan ,and at the International Women’s Film Festival in Creteil, Paris in April .
    4. Jane was a judge for the 2010 International Emmy Awards held in New York in November 2010.
    5. Jane co produced and directed “A Dream of Millions” for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation ’s AFRICA series in June 2010,which received high audience ratings and a Gemini award.
