Read MoreI am currently a VFX production assistant on the Disney film Dumbo and have had the pleasure of working for other global organizations such as Fox Studios in LA where I was awarded the Peter Rice internship in 2017. Working for these global organisations have given me the skills and ability to work with a variety of people in different time zones and across multiple disciplines which has made me knowledgeable, versatile and adaptable.
Having worked as a Producer’s assistant for The South African Film and Television Awards and the film In Light of IS, which went to the Cannes Film Festival, I have experience with managing complex schedules, dealing with high profile clients and talent and am adept at multitasking.
I am creative, organised and have good administrative skills from my work experience in various production assistant positions and at Surround Vision where I was responsible for organizing the diaries of both the creative director and Head of production. I was also in charge of arranging travel and accommodation, visa and film documentation and filing expenses for film shoots.
I was born and raised in South Africa and have been fortunate to have travelled and lived in different and unique places, which together with my experience in the hospitality industry has taught me excellent communication and relationship skills.
I believe my skills and strengths lie in marketing, presenting and generating innovative and creative content in marketing and the screen industries. I will always give 100% in any job or task, I will learn quickly and deliver on my commitments and finally, I will have fun and embrace each task while taking the most from every opportunity afforded to me.
