Discussing flags with contributors and creating plans to move forward with their flags. - Writing contributor and celeb biogs. - Auditions: group, one on one, Skype and phone. - Cutting audition tapes. - Basic camera skills: audition tapes and GVs. - Outreach: Social Media and Phone Bashing. - Street Casting. - Using Etribez, Short Audition and Casting Crane. - Experience working in an office, in studio, on location, live broadcasts and on a fixed rig. - Experience working with children, teenagers and vulnerable contributors. - Audience: casting an audience and looking after them in studio.Based in London with additional bases in Brighton and Northern Ireland.
