I would describe Rachel as highly motivated, great with people and very organised. She is bright, thorough and very efficient; and gets on with whatever the task is with minimum fuss and is immensely resourceful and reliable. Rachel's phone manner is always respectful and she is extremely charming, with colleagues, contributors, presenters and suppliers. She's a great team player and has also demonstrated the ability to take on a task and make it her own.
