Rosie and I worked together over three years or so, and I always found the experience rewarding and fun. I appointed her as horticultural researcher on the BBC's Glorious Gardens From Above in 2014; and was delighted to have her on my team again on BBC Gardeners' World during the two years I was SP on the show, 2015-16. Her horticultural expertise and experience is second to none and she is very willing to share her knowledge with those of us who aren't gardeners! But more than that, she has great skills as a researcher and is always brimming with ideas for new territory to explore.

Rosie is a generous and good-hearted colleague, insightful and instinctual, hard-working and dogged in pursuit of a scoop. She has a good way with others, including challenging presenters, and is an all-round good egg. I'd happily work with Rosie any time and on any sort of production.
