I have maintained access across long time periods, conducted master interviews and shown strong editorial judgement. I have worked on programmes covering a wide range of topics and maintain strong working relationships with contributors from a varying range of age groups and backgrounds. I have managed junior team members; delegating tasks, providing feedback and welfare support. I am keen to develop my shooting skills and to spend time in the edit going forward.
