As a California native, Max Margolin started shooting films at a young age. On a professional level, he worked his way up through both camera and lighting departments and has been working primarily as a cinematographer for many years now. Most of his credits are for 6 features and numerous shorts but he also shoots music videos and commercials among other types of projects. Lately, he’s shot a lot of the horror/thriller genre as well as dramas. Films that he has shot have won awards and entries into many prestigious film festivals and are on major streaming platforms.
