The joint managing directors of Hollyoaks and Celebs Go Dating producer Lime Pictures are standing down after 12 years.

Kate Little and Claire Poyser are exiting the All3Media-owned indie at the end of 2024 – the 30th anniversary year of Hollyoaks and a year since combining the unscripted teams of Lime and fellow All3 labels Lion and Wise Owl into a new division.

They have yet to declare their next moves, with Little preparing for her “next adventure” and Poyser looking forward to her “next challenge”.

Under their leadership, Lime has expanded into reality TV with the hugely successful The Only Way is Essex and Geordie Shore franchises as well as E4’s Celebs Go Dating [main picture]which was launched in 2016.

Lime also established a US arm in 2014, broadened its kids slate with Netflix series Free Rein and Zero Chill and upcoming animation Wolf King, and repositioned Hollyoaks as a digital-first show now stripped back to three episodes a week.

All3Media chief executive Jane Turton paid tribute to Little and Poyser’s transformation of the company.

“They have overseen important hit shows and led teams across multiple bases and geographies,” Turton said, describing the duo as “proper people who are passionate about the business and care about the shows and the teams that they work with”.
