Global creative industry executive search company Indigo Talent has hired former BBC Studios fact ent exec Tracy Forsyth to coach senior leaders taking on new roles.
Forsyth, who also advises Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund and is director of mentoring for Women in Film and TV, will deliver ‘onboarding’ coaching for the company, which pairs creative leaders with production companies.
Indigo Talent founder Jude Thompson said Forsyth will help senior leaders adapt faster to new company cultures in their first 100 days in a role. She will guide execs to assert their own leadership skills and devise strategies for driving corporate growth.
Indigo’s client base includes leading production companies from groups such as Fremantle and Banijay to indies including October Films, Hat Trick and Maverick and broadcaster-owned companies such as Sky Studios and ITV Studios.
Former BBCS genre director for factual entertainment and formats Forsyth is certified by the International Coaching Federation and also runs corporate wellbeing workshop Yoga in the Boardroom.
She described onboarding coaching as “a confidential sounding board for leaders to clarify what they want to achieve and how they want to do that when they enter a new company, rather than becoming overwhelmed by that company’s culture”.
