TM Masterclass: Damilola: The Untold Story (free until Friday 16 October)

Last night we hosted our latest TM Masterclass on @Optomen 's critically acclaimed BBC Two documentary Damilola: The Untold Story, with Director Alex Thomas, Executive Producer Becky Cadman and Senior Producer Nelson Adesoun.

The panel shared real insight into making a film that handles a harrowing story with great sensitivity and compassion. We discussed how they approached contributors, their decisions around archival footage and the film’s striking visual aesthetic. Above all, we talked about the care and humanity shown to everyone directly affected by Damilola’s murder.

TM Masterclass recordings are usually reserved for Pro members, but we’re opening this session to everyone, free, until Friday 16 October.
