Wheeled Wings is a documentary about Janwaar, a village in the heart of India witnessing and experiencing cultural change.The film explores the problems that the rural India continues to face today, and Ulrike Reinhard, a lady from Germany is trying to bring the children of both the castes together through highly unusual and unique techniques.
